With a fully waterproof INOX stainless steel body and compatibility with Smart Life / Tuya, it offers fingerprint, IC card, and remote app control — all without the need for physical keys.

It also supports video intercom communication through smart panels, allowing secure two-way interaction with visitors and remote unlocking from any room in your property.

Warranty

1. General Coverage

All smart home devices and systems sold by Click Lock RD are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.

This warranty applies to:

- Smart curtain rails (electric and rechargeable)

- Smart locks

- Smart switches, sensors, and other automation devices

2. Conditions for Warranty Eligibility

To ensure optimal performance and safety, warranty coverage is only valid if the product is installed by Click Lock RD or an authorized Click Lock technician.

Unauthorized installations void the warranty. This includes:

- Self-installation by the customer

- Installation by unapproved third-party providers

3. What the Warranty Covers

- Manufacturing defects

- Malfunctioning internal components under normal use

- Device failure not caused by improper handling or electrical issues outside the device

4. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

- Physical damage due to drops, accidents, moisture, or tampering

- Improper use, including exposure to environments not suited for the device

- Electrical failures caused by faulty home wiring

- Devices installed by unauthorized individuals

- Products altered or modified in any way

5. Proof of Installation

For warranty claims to be processed, customers must provide:

- Proof of purchase

- Proof of professional installation (service order or invoice from Click Lock RD)

6. Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim:

1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email with your order number and description of the issue.

2. Submit proof of installation.

3. We may request photos or a short video of the problem.

4. If eligible, Click Lock RD will repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion.

7. Shipping & Service Terms

- If the device must be returned, we will provide return instructions.

- If the product is deemed defective under warranty, we will cover the cost of replacement shipping.

- In the Dominican Republic, warranty service may include on-site technician visits.
