1. Product Information
We sell smart locks, smart curtain rails, and other smart home devices designed for residential and commercial use. All product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate to the best of our knowledge.
2. Installation Services (Dominican Republic Only)
Professional installation is available only within the Dominican Republic and is performed by Click Lock RD or authorized technicians. For international orders, installation services are not included or offered.
3. Warranty Policy
All smart devices come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. To qualify:
- Installation must be performed by Click Lock RD or an authorized installer (DR only).
- Devices installed by the customer or unauthorized personnel are not covered under warranty.
- Warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, or electrical faults caused by improper installation.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Dominican Republic (Local Store Stock): Orders are shipped from our local stock and delivered within 2–3 business days. Free delivery is included.
- Dominican Republic (Factory Stock): For items not available in local inventory, products will be delivered from the factory with an estimated shipping time of 15–20 days.
- International (Factory Stock): Devices are shipped from our international factory warehouse and generally delivered within 15–20 days. Delays may occur due to customs or carrier issues.
5. 30-Day Delivery Guarantee (International Orders)
If an international order is not delivered within 40 days, you may be eligible for a refund under our delivery guarantee, subject to Shopify's refund policies.
6. Returns & Refunds
- Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.
- Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective.
- Refunds are issued once the item is inspected and approved.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate shipping information
- Ensure availability to receive the package
- Follow usage and installation instructions to maintain warranty
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic.
